WIND

WIND is a window that draws wind into a closed space. Just an ordinary wooden frame suspended in the air, it is not. Installed with 8 small fans, it emits a gentle breeze by pushing air through the slits on each side of the frame. Each fan is programmed to reproduce the organic stir of the wind. This work was created to install in a window-less space in a museum. It was our challenge to change the perception of the space by creating a wind that shouldn’t be there.
