OBJECT

    • OBJECTは、壁掛け棚の形をした照明。厚さ40mmの棚の内部にはLEDとマスキングシートが配置されており、この棚を設置した壁面に物体の影を投影することで、存在しない物体を感じさせる。この作品は、ミラノ・サローネで開催した個展「EXISTENCE」展のために制作された。

    OBJECT is a wallshelf-shaped lamp. A LED and masking sheet are placed inside the 40mm thick shelf to create the perception of an object by casting its shadow onto the wall above the shelf. This work was created for YOY’s exhibition titled “EXISTENCE” held at Milan Design Week 2019.
